Post-natal Yoga (with babies)

This 6-week yoga course will start you back on your journey to full recovery post-birth. Bring your babies and meet other new mums, exercise safely with your babies and bring some calm to your week. It's ok to attend to baby's needs during class, be it feeding or changing, we will be a nice relaxed friendly group of Mums. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling, following an uncomplicated vaginal birth. For caesarean section/ traumatic births please wait until your Health Visitor/GP has recommended that you begin exercise. Call Caroline for more information.
